Church Cleanup

Many hands make light work. We can always use help cleaning and restoring the Old 3rd Presbyterian Church. This part of the process is physically removing the clutter and debris from the inside. The church is in abandoned condition so please take precautions when coming to help. Gardening gloves, hard toed shoes and face masks are recommended.

Church Restoration

Are you or do you know a plumber, electrician, construction worker, roofer or architect who would like to help us out? If so please contact us! The 3rd Presbyterian Church restoration is a huge project and we need professional opinions to help us make the most informed decisions.

Teachers and Lecturers

Not a teacher? Think again. Almost everyone knows a skill or information that others want to learn. CHPC is dedicated to teaching the history and fostering the culture of Chester. Our teachers and lecturers include historians, both professional and hobbyists as well as artists, artisans, dancers and more. The sky is the limit! If you have a skill or lecture idea you would love to share with others, please contact us.

Currently we are in dire need of someone who can spend a few hours a week to help weedwack the church property. If you can or know someone who would be willing please contact us!
